First, make sure that the bathroom water is off.Open each water tap and let it run until there is no more water.

Second, you will need a basin wrench to loosen the water tap.

Third, take the water supply line away from the water tap.

Fourth remove both nut and then the water tap.At this point, you should make sure that the section where the new water tap will be placed is clean.

Fifth, place the water tap and the retaining nut in the right places.

Sixth, put the water supply line with the new tap and turn on the water pressure.Open the tap a little bit at this point.This will get rid of any leftover air that might be in the line.

Finally, close the tap and check if there are obvious leaks.

Now, this particular example shows you how to change out a bathroom tap.However, this same procedure can be done for the kitchen or any tap in your home.It does not require a lot of tools or time.You could do it for every room that has a tap if you wanted to.If you don't like the way that your faucets look in your kitchen, you can change them too.You have done one, so do some more.
