Reassessing The Vow Movie

The most awaited movie The Vow has been released to the viewers almost coinciding with Valentine's Day due to a special purpose. The film depicts an epic kind of love story that a lot of people, during this time of the year, get carried away. What makes this movie so endearing is all of the efforts that the man in the movie made just so he can make his wife, who cannot remember the last four years of her life, and of him, after suffering from a terrible accident, fall in love with him again. The lead male role of Leo is played by Channing Tatum, and although amazing chemistry can be seen with Rachel McAdam's Paige, there are some inconsistencies in the movie that made it almost go to waste.

First of all, an unfamiliar person as a husband is just the top of Paige's list of predicaments. She had gone through becoming a preppy law student to being a free-spirited artist all in the span of four years, in which she has no memory of. The moment she wakes up, she obviously wants a rationalization as to why she is estranged with her family, what happened to her fianc, played by Scott Speedman, and why her hair looks different. It is just but normal to be keeping away from who she used to be with everything that has happened. It is, nonetheless, hard to grasp the idea that your life in completely transformed, especially in the point of view of Paige and of the viewers as well.

Each scenario with Tatum and McAdams in it makes the movie truly appealing. When Paige tries to go back to the life that she actually remembers, people can sympathize well with Leo as they see him suffer quietly, despite the fact that it was Paige who is dealing with a bigger problem. Leo offers Paige a life that she possibly wants, but she cannot grasp the whole idea in her head. Nevertheless, because Paige cannot fathom the idea of living a life that is not connected with her, she goes back to her old ways.

You can actually find some entertainment in The Vow movie. The reason for this is because the viewers can get hooked on how the film can get Leo and Paige together again. So, go ahead and let yourself experience this unique love story that is sure to sweep you off your feet.

It is indeed a horrific and puzzling tribulation to imagine being in a coma for some time, and eventually waking up with all of your memories for the last 4 years of your life, including those that involve your spouse, all gone. Such storyline can translate into a magnificent movie, and here is how it is broken down.
