The instructors are people who have made progress in the industry. They tutor the children in their specific fields. The instructors are the ones who get the youngsters going and encourage as much talent as possible. They try to maintain a staff to student ratio of 4:1 all year round.
The kids need to be competent in piano/bass and guitar to qualify for a position in the program. They should be capable pf singing solo, or in a group as well as they will need to be able to hold a decent beat. They will also have to be actually able to really sing the latest rock tunes. Children will be trained to sing in two concerts. They will perform in a concert at the end of the week and then for one at the end of the program. The final one being held for friends and family where they will perform as a group as well. This is sometimes where the talent scouts are out and about looking for the brand new talent.
Each of these camps only takes in 12 people per camp. They are grouped by means of age, skill and musical interest. This covers all the music field as well as the age group, so no one is short changed. The groups are limited to 3 guitarists, 1 bassist, 1 saxophonist, 1 singer and 1 keyboardist. The camp prohibits songs which contain and hate speech, sex, drugs or violence of any kind. Any other stuff that is inappropriate for children to be doing is also prohibited so nothing funky goes on within the time the kids are there. This is all about the fun of rock music.

Should a student arrive without their earplugs they will be fined one dollar to buy a new disposable pair for that rehearsal. Students who misbehave or damage property will be asked to leave the program without delay.
