Celebrities are always in the public eye and, as a result, they should take care of how they appear to be. They should look personable while not descending into the trashier side. This is why I don't feel like a tungsten ring should be used on any celebrity's finger. Triton tungsten might be the nastiest choice for these men and women if they want to appear in a more positive light. However, there are a few men and women in the public eye who I would not be shocked seeing sport a tungsten carbide ring.
When it comes to reality television, I wouldn't be astonished seeing any of these "celebrities" sport a tungsten ring on their finger. These people come across as being high-class, yet they are quite humiliating in their own ways and perhaps the unrefined nature of Triton tungsten would be suitable. Can you imagine someone from "Jersey Shore," such as Snooki, sporting tungsten carbide while walking down the Strip? I know I wouldn't have a difficult time picturing such a sight.
In fact, what if an episode of "Jersey Shore" did showcase a tungsten band before a big fight commenced? It would slowly build up with peoples' voices rising, the issue of a ring being the focal point of the scene. Before anyone knew it, the ring in question would fall to the floor and separate right down the middle. I don't believe the expletives would end there and there would be more bleeps occurring than the worst episode of "Jerry Springer."
What about celebs who may not know any better? I could probably imagine, based on trend choices alone, that someone like Lady Gaga would actually take to a tungsten band very well. In typical Gaga fashion, though, it would have to be glamorized with several bright colors and shiny jewels in order for it to stand out more. No disrespect intended towards the creator of "Poker Face," but no matter how much you doll up a piece of junk, nothing can mask the ugliness beneath.
Those who frequent luxurious areas and beach-like places amongst other big names in Hollywood probably don't know how good they have it. They make a lot of money each day and they are routinely in the public eye, so why would they try to ruin their images? Tungsten might be the thing to do it, although. With such a hideous article of jewelry present, I can't imagine a lot of people mimicking the look anytime soon.
