To create a sense of understanding and solving issues for the development of an individual, the community has found the need to work in groupings. Small groupings are formed by people who have the interests of meeting a certain goal. They enhance development by sharing their beliefs and ideas, and using the small group resources available.

Purposing to bring out success should focus on the direction taken by the batch. This means that suggestions made should be analyzed, and their advantages and disadvantages evaluated for the benefit of bringing out of the function. A final decision is made and every one is given roles and duties to perform.

To enhance acquaintance, persons carry out activities together, and also perform in events that they are all interested in. By doing this, they get attached to each other, and are able to identify weaknesses and strengths of each person. Through such engagement, they develop in their skills and talents too.

They should have the skills to lead the rest and be an example to them. Thus, care should be taken while selecting a leader to avoid messing up the whole set.

All teams experience misunderstanding at some point while carrying out their activities. Coming up with an important way in which they can be able o solve the disagreements promotes the continuity of the involvements among participants. Thus, there should be a platform on how members should be solving problems, and create awareness on how they can possibly minimize conflicts.

Many are the times when the batch members engage in activities and discussions to bring about change in their social, religious or even academic life. The leaders should make sure that they provide feedback to the members so that they can give them confidence and morale to continue improving the team. In addition, rewards and punishments should be given to persons who contribute highly to the organization and participation of the group.

The small classification resource give members of a team the confidence to continue participating in activities put in place. Thus, they have to use their skills and talents to carry out the specific roles assigned for the purpose of giving the group a direction. The functionality is made possible when one member is assigned the leadership role, to be the head and director of the team. This is the person who will ensure that objectives are met.
